It has been a couple of years since I'd been to Guy's Place. The food was fabulous! Gumbo....fish and chips....and this amazing homemade pecan cheesecake!

The catfish and chicken tenders were great. The fried green tomatoes were an unexpected treat. The sidewinder potatoes were not good, get the regular fries.

Our food was pretty good, but he selling pint here is the service! It was TREMENDOUS! It was almost like the entire staff had a personal stake in how MY experience was! Our food was fresh and hot, the crab cakes were great and the Key Lime Pie was OUTSTANDING! Great views, plenty of parking, and easy to get to! If you are an out of towner, put this place on your list!

We were staying in the nearby cabins and decided to visit Guy's Place for dinner. We were told that there was an hour wait but we were staying within walking distance so we asked if they could call us and they happily obliged. We were called shortly before the hour passed. The place was very busy but we were promptly asked for our order. I had fish and shrimp, my wife had grilled chicken, and my child had a chicken sandwich. The food took an average time to arrive and it was worth the wait. Everything we had ordered was served hot and cooked great. The portions were plenty and the service was great as well. We will definitely return here in the future to try some of their other dishes.
